Job Summary
As an IT and Digitalization Project Coordinator for the Department of Children, Youth, and Families, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing public services for nearly 170,000 residents in Osnabrück. You will be responsible for coordinating various specialized IT applications and driving digitalization initiatives within a large department of over 600 employees. Your daily tasks involve bridging the gap between social services and technical implementation, ensuring that digital tools effectively support the department's mission. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field qualifying for the EG 10 TVöD salary group.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT project coordination or digitalization management
- Experience working with specialized software applications and their operational implementation
- Proven track record in organizational tasks within a large-scale administrative or departmental structure
- Experience in the public sector or social services environment is beneficial
