Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing technical building systems, overseeing warranty-related defect tracking (HOAI Phase 9), and coordinating legally required inspections for electrical equipment and machinery. You will act as the central point of contact for facility issues at the Ilmenau site, balancing hands-on technical troubleshooting with administrative duties such as cost monitoring and service provider coordination. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in facility management, preferably within an industrial environment
  • Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and power networks
  • Professional experience in coordinating external service providers and managing technical tenders
  • Experience in monitoring and optimizing building consumption, availability, and costs
