This role involves performing high-precision molecular biological laboratory analyses within the food and veterinary diagnostics sector. As a key member of the laboratory team, you will be responsible for the entire analytical lifecycle, from sample preparation to the evaluation and documentation of results. Your daily tasks will include conducting qualitative and quantitative real-time PCR, DNA/RNA purification using both manual column methods and automated systems, and performing gel electrophoresis. Additionally, you will handle ESBL determination via microarray and participate in interlaboratory tests and method validation.
