Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration/Management, Diploma in Public Administration (FH), or completion of the 'Angestelltenprüfung II' (Administrative Specialist). Certification in auditing (KBW, IDR, DIIR, or equivalent) is required.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in public administration or a related field
- Multi-year experience in the public sector, preferably within a church administration context
- Extensive experience in double-entry bookkeeping, treasury, and accounting systems
- Proven experience in independent audit management and execution

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use a private vehicle for business purposes are required. Must be willing to undertake business trips involving overnight stays. Employment as a church official requires membership in a member church of the EKD; private law employees must demonstrate loyalty to the Protestant Church.
