Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Specialist at GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees across multiple locations, providing both on-site and remote technical support. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the full lifecycle of support tickets—from initial acceptance and documentation to diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and basic network issues. You will also manage user accounts and access rights while ensuring complex problems are escalated appropriately. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Initial to several years of professional experience in IT support or service desk environments
  • Experience in analyzing and diagnosing hardware, software, and basic network malfunctions
  • Proven track record in managing user accounts and system permissions
  • Experience in documenting support requests and tracking resolutions via ticket systems
