As a Technical HCM Consultant specializing in Integration and Data, you will play a pivotal role in a major Oracle HCM implementation project and its subsequent operational support. Your daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying complex integrations using the Oracle Integration Cloud, as well as managing technical data migrations via the HCM Data Loader. You will collaborate closely with global process owners and HR specialists to define data mapping rules, perform ETL processes, and ensure high data quality through rigorous cleansing and standardization. Beyond development, you will oversee environment and release management to ensure smooth version upgrades.
