Job Summary

As a Technical HCM Consultant specializing in Integration and Data, you will play a pivotal role in a major Oracle HCM implementation project and its subsequent operational support. Your daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying complex integrations using the Oracle Integration Cloud, as well as managing technical data migrations via the HCM Data Loader. You will collaborate closely with global process owners and HR specialists to define data mapping rules, perform ETL processes, and ensure high data quality through rigorous cleansing and standardization. Beyond development, you will oversee environment and release management to ensure smooth version upgrades. This role is ideal for a technical professional who enjoys bridging the gap between HR business processes and sophisticated cloud architecture. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position focusing on Cloud, Solution, or Enterprise Architecture
  • Practical experience in interface design, data flow mapping, and architectural documentation
  • Several years of experience with HR business processes or corporate communications
  • Proven experience in developing and configuring integration flows, error handling, and monitoring
  • Experience working within multicultural and distributed team environments
