Job Summary
This role involves supporting the quality assurance operations at Fuji Brandenburg's production site in Golßen, a leader in sustainable plant-based food ingredients. As a Quality Control Assistant, you will perform essential physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses on raw materials and finished products. Your daily responsibilities include sample preparation, equipment calibration, and detailed documentation of results according to HACCP standards. You will also play a key role in root cause analysis for deviations and assist with international audits such as FSSC, Halal, and Kosher. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a sustainable food future within a modern, Japanese-owned manufacturing environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Laboratory Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in food analytics or quality assurance is preferred
- Experience in performing chemical and microbiological laboratory tests
- Practical knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene protocols
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Experience in documenting and evaluating analytical results
