Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to join Green Planet Energy, an innovative cooperative born from a Greenpeace campaign, dedicated to driving the sustainable energy transition. As a Software Developer and Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by designing solutions for CRM and ERP systems. Your daily work involves conceptualizing interface-relevant processes, implementing IT requirements using modern DevOps tools, and conducting data analyses to automate workflows. You will take ownership of IT sub-projects from inception to completion, perform development tests, and provide 2nd-level support. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork—utilizing methods like pair programming and peer reviews—and wants to contribute to climate protection. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a qualification as an IT Specialist for Application Development (Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung); equivalent professional or project experience is also accepted.
Experience
- Professional experience in software development using multiple programming languages
- Practical experience in mapping business requirements into IT systems within project environments
- Experience with DevOps principles and infrastructure automation tools
- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing system interfaces (CRM, ERP)
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
