Job Summary

This role involves the independent and team-oriented management of electrical engineering projects for residential, commercial, and specialized buildings. As a key member of the building services (TGA) team, you will handle all project phases according to HOAI (phases 1-9), covering everything from initial planning and design to construction management, quality control, and deadline monitoring. You will also provide expert consulting services during technical inspections and building evaluations. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of technical design and on-site oversight. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Engineering or state-certified Technician specializing in Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field. A completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology is highly desirable.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in electrical building services
  • Experience in project planning and design for residential and commercial buildings
  • Professional experience handling HOAI service phases 1 through 9
  • Proven experience with technical regulations including DIN and VOB A-C
  • Practical experience in construction management and site monitoring
