Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Hamburg, supporting maintenance campaigns for offshore wind farms in the North and Baltic Seas. As an Offshore Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of planned maintenance and service work on wind turbines and platforms. Your tasks include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as maintaining crane systems and transition pieces (TPs). The position operates on a 14-days on / 14-days off rotation, making it ideal for those seeking a structured offshore schedule. This is a permanent position that stands out due to its attractive offshore daily allowances of up to €186.00, performance-based pay above collective agreements, and the stability of working with a partner boasting over 20 years of industry experience. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Qualified Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification; additional training as a Wind Turbine Service Technician is preferred.
Experience
- Several years of mandatory experience in the maintenance of wind turbines
- Professional experience as a Service Technician for wind energy systems
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Proven track record in executing annual maintenance campaigns

Additional
- Must possess G41 certification for working at heights; must have medically certified offshore fitness (AUM); willingness to travel and stay overnight for offshore assignments; 14/14 shift rotation required.
