Job Summary

This role is for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Technician specializing in generators. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, installation, de-installation, and maintenance of a fleet of diesel generators, pumps, filter systems, and tanks at customer sites across Germany. Key responsibilities include providing customer instruction, performing field and branch service work, supporting project preparation for mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems, and assisting with technical training. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in mechatronics or electrical engineering, coupled with significant field service experience in the rental business for generators or similar equipment. This position requires strong technical skills in both electrical and mechanical systems, a willingness to travel extensively within Germany, and participation in an on-call rotation.
