Job Summary
As a DATEV Consultant at emeis Deutschland GmbH in Karlsruhe, you will serve as a critical bridge between accounting and IT within the Social and Health Care sector. Your daily responsibilities involve configuring DATEV software modules such as Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen and Unternehmen Online, acting as a key user for system updates, and providing internal consultancy to optimize digital workflows. You will be responsible for system optimization, technical documentation, and establishing best practices for digital collaboration. This role is unique because it combines high-level financial accounting with IT administration, allowing you to shape the digital infrastructure of a leading European healthcare provider. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Financial Accountant, Tax Assistant, and/or Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter). Certifications in DATEV or IT Security are highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Financial Accountant, Tax Assistant, or in a similar accounting role
- Proven experience in the administration and support of DATEV software products
- Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft system environments
- Experience in technical documentation and process improvement

- Must be willing to work on-site in Karlsruhe; requires a high affinity for IT systems and the ability to work independently in a structured manner.
