This role involves managing administrative and legal matters within the procurement department for the city of Halberstadt. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of public tenders, including the preparation of guidelines, reviewing performance descriptions for product neutrality, and determining appropriate award procedures in accordance with national and EU-wide regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with planning offices, clarifying bidder inquiries, conducting formal and mathematical audits of bids, and ensuring legally compliant documentation throughout the procurement process. Required Skills
Education
