As a Medical Field Service Engineer specializing in mammography equipment, you will be the primary technical contact for healthcare providers in the Rhine-Main region. Your daily responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, complex repairs, and full installations of high-tech medical imaging systems. You will diagnose technical issues both on-site and via remote diagnostics, ensuring all tools are calibrated and safety protocols are followed. Beyond technical tasks, you will manage administrative duties such as service reporting and work sheets while acting as a vital link between customers and sales. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training in the electrical field and/or a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in electronics and electromechanics
- Professional experience in the repair, installation, and maintenance of medical systems preferred
- Experience as a qualified electrician (EFK/EUP)
- Proven experience in technical problem-solving and analytical diagnostics

- Valid driver's license (Class B) required. Willingness for regular travel with overnight stays. Radiation protection certificate (Strahlenschutzschein) is a plus or can be acquired upon hiring. Based in the Rhine-Main region (Home Office).
