As a Junior HR Manager at Cube Biotech, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR leadership across the entire employee life cycle at the Monheim location. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as a central interface between employees and management, managing personnel administration, and overseeing recruitment processes from job postings to conducting interviews. You will also handle operational tasks such as maintaining digital personnel files in Personio, coordinating preparatory payroll with external providers, and managing employee benefits like JobRad. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Certified Human Resources Specialist / Personalfachkaufmann) or a university degree in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Human Resources.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience using HR Management Systems, specifically Personio
- Experience in recruitment activities including job postings and interview coordination
- Experience in administrative HR tasks such as digital file management and time tracking
