This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers within a major regional healthcare network in Northern Bavaria. Day-to-day, you will provide comprehensive HR support and advice on labor law and personnel matters, while managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Experience
