Job Summary

As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and continuous optimization of industrial machinery and assemblies. Your day-to-day work involves planning and managing development projects while ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. You will apply modern design principles and manufacturing processes, utilizing CAD, PLM, and simulation tools to bring concepts to life. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with interdisciplinary teams, production, and external partners. What makes this position unique is the hands-on approach, allowing you to be involved from the initial concept phase through to final commissioning. The role offers the opportunity to work on international projects, requiring occasional worldwide travel to coordinate with global stakeholders.
