Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer at Brunel, you will play a pivotal role in the energy supply sector by planning and creating control cabinet layouts, circuit diagrams, and parts and cable lists. You will be responsible for the assembly and commissioning of prototype systems, providing technical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Beyond design, you will act as a technical point of contact for suppliers and develop comprehensive documentation, including work and testing instructions. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or successfully completed further training as a State-Certified Electrical Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical design within the energy supply sector
  • Practical experience using at least one CAD tool such as EPLAN P8, COMOS, E-Base, or WS-CAD
  • Experience in creating technical documentation, including parts lists and test protocols
  • Experience in the assembly and commissioning of prototype systems
