Job Summary
As the Service Manager for Building Technology at MAUSS, you will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information across technical projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating a team of technicians, planning deployments, and managing the full lifecycle of service orders—from initial quoting and material procurement to final invoicing and quality control. You will act as a technical advisor, ensuring that building operations run smoothly while maintaining a strict focus on deadlines, costs, and quality standards. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with construction companies, service providers, and partners like GEWO-Bau. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally specialized in Building Technology or Building Services.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical coordination, order processing, or project organization is highly desirable
- Experience in team leadership or coordinating technicians in a service environment
- Proven track record in managing building technology projects or facility services
- Experience in handling commercial tasks such as quoting, invoicing, and material procurement

- The role is based in Erlangen and requires the ability to work on projects across the Bavaria region. Must be able to independently manage technical issues and coordinate with external partners like GEWO-Bau.
