As the Team Lead for Facility Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical operational excellence of residential and commercial properties in Saalfeld and Rudolstadt. You will lead and coordinate a dedicated team of facility technicians and caretakers, overseeing everything from routine maintenance and repairs to the supervision of external service providers. Your daily routine will involve a mix of hands-on technical work—such as repairing electrical systems and maintaining outdoor equipment—and organizational leadership, including managing maintenance schedules and ensuring safety standards across underground parking facilities. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a technical or trade field (e.g., Electrician, Plant Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent). Additional qualifications in technical property management are desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical property management or facility services
- Proven experience in personnel leadership and organizational management
- Extensive hands-on experience in a technical trade or craft
- Experience in monitoring maintenance intervals and managing technical documentation
