Job Summary

As a Measurement Technician in Herne, you will play a critical role in quality assurance for series production. Your daily responsibilities include evaluating 3D measurements, performing First Article Inspections (FAI), and granting initial sample approvals for manufacturing. You will operate Zeiss 3D measuring machines specifically for wheelset components, requiring high precision down to the micrometer level. The role demands technical proficiency in Calypso software and basic SAP usage for managing inventory and technical drawings.
