Job Summary

As an OT Security & Business Process Expert at Daimler Buses, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global security organization within the production environment. You will be responsible for developing and refining the corporate-wide OT security strategy across seven Daimler Buses plants, ensuring the systematic development, rollout, and sustainable implementation of global security guidelines. This involves defining and maintaining global OT security standards, profiles, and processes, and leading the international rollout of central security solutions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the CISO, IT, Governance, and local OT & Security Coordinators, to ensure security, compliance, and future-readiness. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to securing the digitalization of production and work within a strong, international network.
