Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the stable operation, troubleshooting, and continuous development of a high-availability data center and cloud infrastructure for a leading German IT service provider. Your day-to-day activities involve analyzing and resolving faults in storage, SAN, and server environments, while managing incidents, changes, and problems according to ITIL standards. You will ensure infrastructure stability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and capacity management. Beyond maintenance, you will perform system updates, configuration changes, and participate in infrastructure projects and technical planning workshops.
