The successful candidate will lead process workshops with various departments and stakeholders, focusing on documenting and standardizing end-to-end processes. A key aspect of the position is contributing to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive process house for Health & Safety, as well as participating in transformation and digitalization initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of process management, ideally with experience in Signavio and BPMN 2.0, along with a background in safety engineering or quality management. Experience
