Your daily responsibilities will focus on ensuring high quality and efficient production processes. This involves creating detailed work instructions, protocols, and specifications, as well as developing and delivering staff training. You will be crucial in quality assurance, performing incoming and quality controls, conducting internal audits, and analyzing complaints from commissioning to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (Engineer or Technician) and brings solid experience in Quality Management and process optimization. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential, with SAP knowledge being a plus.
