As a Service Technician in Facility Management for Apleona Logistics Services, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operational safety of technical systems at DHL real estate locations in Berlin. Your daily tasks include performing inspections according to professional association regulations, documenting maintenance and repair work via IT systems, and identifying and rectifying technical defects. You will also oversee external contractors, provide technical protocols, and participate in emergency on-call services.
