As a Field Service Technician for the market leader in B2B coffee solutions, you will be the face of the company for over 70,000 business clients in the Bremen region. Your daily routine involves the installation, commissioning, and custom programming of high-quality professional coffee machines and water dispensers. Beyond technical setup, you are responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing complex malfunctions, and ensuring all equipment meets strict safety standards such as DIN and VDE regulations. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical hands-on work and direct customer interaction. You will guide clients from the initial assembly to the first beverage tasting, providing expert advice on technical features and service options. The position offers a high degree of independence, as you will manage your service calls digitally and travel locally to support a diverse range of business environments.
