Job Summary
As an IT Operations Administrator at CJD, one of Germany's largest educational and social enterprises, you will play a critical role in maintaining a stable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure. Based in the Digitalization and IT Center, your day-to-day responsibilities involve operating, administering, and monitoring on-premises server environments, specifically focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory, and file services. You will be responsible for ensuring high system availability and performance through proactive incident, problem, and change management. Additionally, you will implement backup and disaster recovery concepts while documenting system processes and operating manuals. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the operation of on-premises IT infrastructures
- Proven experience in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and DNS
- Experience in implementing backup, restore, and disaster recovery concepts
- Experience in structured IT operations including incident and change management

- Driving license is desirable. Membership in a Christian church belonging to the Working Group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany is preferred but not mandatory.
