Job Summary
As an SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between complex client requirements and technical implementation for a leading HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing customer needs across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to design tailored payroll and HR management solutions. You will be instrumental in the sales process by creating detailed service descriptions, cost calculations, and technical proposals, which you will present directly to client leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a highly integrated and automated SAP landscape, spanning both cloud and on-premise environments. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational training/further education qualification.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the design, implementation, and operation of HR management solutions.
- Professional experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors platforms, preferably within outsourcing models.
- Deep technological expertise in relevant software and system architectures.
- Proven experience in HR-BPO and payroll process management.
- Experience in creating technical proposals, service descriptions, and financial calculations.
