Job Summary

This role involves the commissioning and parameterization of Cisco UCS components based on incoming service requests. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Contact Center environments. Key tasks include managing user profiles, groups, end devices, and routing rules, as well as executing MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes. You will perform 2nd level troubleshooting, analyze UCS log files to identify system anomalies, and ensure all changes are meticulously documented within the ticketing system. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy structured operational support and have a strong interest in voice and unified communications technologies.
