Job Summary

In this role, you will take strategic responsibility for a defined product line throughout its entire lifecycle at the Mainz-Hechtsheim location. Your daily activities will include developing and implementing product strategies, conducting market and competitor analyses, and defining product requirements in close collaboration with development, sales, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for steering product launches, managing pricing and positioning, and monitoring key performance indicators such as revenue and margin development. This position is unique as it serves as a critical bridge between technical production/development and customer-facing sales, requiring a blend of high-level physics knowledge and business acumen. You will also manage the product line's budget and support the sales force with training and documentation.
