Job Summary
As an Electrical Hardware Engineer based in Elsdorf, you will be responsible for the hardware engineering and CAD/CAE design of switchgear systems featuring PLC controls. This role is central to the development of highly available pharmaceutical freeze-drying and loading systems. Your daily activities will involve electrical hardware construction using EPlan P8, creating detailed circuit diagrams, and overseeing initial power-on procedures. You will work within a specialized team, ensuring that all documentation meets the high standards required for pharmaceutical equipment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and CAE systems who enjoys working in a structured environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor/Diploma) or State-certified Technician/Master Electrician specializing in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience with CAE systems, specifically EPlan P8, is a mandatory requirement
- Professional experience in hardware engineering for switchgear and PLC-controlled systems
- Practical experience in electrical installation or industrial electronics (e.g., as an industrial electrician) is highly advantageous
- Experience in creating technical documentation in English for industrial applications
