This role involves taking full responsibility for the stability, security, and optimization of the IT infrastructure at a medium-sized chemical company specializing in sustainable resins. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage Windows and Linux environments, handle complex 2nd and 3rd-level support issues, and lead the strategic transition from VMware to an Open-Source virtualization platform using Proxmox and Ceph. The position requires a hands-on professional who can balance routine system administration with high-level conceptual work in IT security and network architecture.
