As an Electrical Engineering Project Lead at VTA Verfahrenstechnik und Automatisierung GmbH, you will take full responsibility for managing electrical engineering projects from the initial concept phase through to final 'as-built' documentation. Operating within the oil, gas, and chemical industries, your day-to-day involves leading a specialized team, determining project requirements, and coordinating planning and procurement processes. You will be the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring that all deliverables meet strict quality, cost, and deadline targets. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to guide staff through basic and detail engineering phases, support assembly and commissioning (FAT/SAT), and approve technical documentation. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering or a qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience in leading technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Professional experience in technical planning, cost estimation, and scheduling
- Proven track record in managing project quality, budgets, and timelines
