Job Summary

This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for the group-wide SAP Change Management process at REWE digital. The successful candidate will design, control, and continuously improve the SAP change lifecycle across all systems to ensure stability, security, and audit compliance. Day-to-day tasks include defining SAP-specific workflows, roles, and tool implementations while aligning them with broader IT governance and ITSM/ITIL frameworks. You will act as a central coordinator between SAP Basis, IT Operations, Security, and external service providers to maintain a unified process without exceptions. A key part of the role is monitoring KPIs, managing change committees, and identifying process risks or audit findings to drive automation and standardization.
