Job Summary
This inter-municipal role involves driving the digital transformation across three German municipalities: Berne, Jade, and Ovelgönne. As the primary point of contact for digitalization, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the 'd.velop documents' document management system. Your day-to-day will involve optimizing business processes within the administrative framework, coordinating data protection efforts, and supporting the technical implementation of digital municipal meetings. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working independently across multiple locations and wants to shape the electronic government landscape. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, or a completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT or digitalization projects
- Experience in the administration and implementation of document management systems
- Several years of practical experience required if applying with a vocational IT background
- Experience in public administration or E-Government legal frameworks is preferred
- Experience in inter-municipal cooperation and stakeholder management
