Job Summary

As a Project Assistant for EU and International Affairs, you will play a vital role in supporting the Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe e. V. (FNR) in managing European projects focused on sustainable renewable resources. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the content-related processing of ongoing EU projects, including drafting and coordinating interim and final reports. You will be responsible for the organizational and administrative execution of project meetings and workshops, both physically and virtually. Additionally, you will lead communication measures and provide specialized technical information to stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of science, economy, and politics. Required Skills

Education

University of Applied Sciences degree or Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on Agricultural or Forestry Sciences.

Experience

  • Professional experience in using classical and modern communication instruments
  • Experience in the preparation and follow-up of physical and virtual events, such as project meetings and workshops
  • Experience in the administrative and organizational processing of EU-funded projects
  • Experience in drafting and coordinating technical reports and project documentation
