This role involves supporting the implementation of the European Social Fund (ESF Plus) within the state of Bremen. As a Policy Advisor, you will act as a key interface between the administrative authority and the audit body, ensuring that the management and control systems function effectively. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree, University Diploma, or equivalent in Humanities, Economics, or Social Sciences; or qualification for the second entry-level of career group 2 in General Services.

- Professional experience in the implementation of labor market programs
- Experience in applying administrative and state budget regulations
- Proven experience working with European Structural Funds and their specific regulations
