As the Head of Technical Services, you will lead and coordinate a dedicated technical team to ensure the smooth daily operations of a large-scale bakery production facility and its numerous retail branches. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing technician schedules, overseeing maintenance and repair work, and managing external service providers. You will play a pivotal role in planning renovations and new store openings while optimizing costs and processes to meet high quality and safety standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field, preferably as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Engineer, or Locksmith.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a technical or craft-based environment
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Experience in organizing and coordinating technical teams and maintenance schedules
- Experience in cost optimization and process improvement within a technical department

- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (one week every four weeks). Ability to travel between production sites and retail branches as needed.
