As a Senior System Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation and administration of the Microsoft email infrastructure, specifically focusing on Outlook and Exchange platforms. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, managing applications and tools, processing requests, and executing patch management. A key part of your role will be maintaining and enhancing technical documentation and exploring future technologies like AI to advance email operations. This position requires strong expertise in Microsoft Server and Exchange environments, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement.
