Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in civil engineering, road construction, sewer construction, or the electrical field. A qualification as a Certified Foreman (IHK) is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Construction Site Manager, Foreman (Polier), or Lead Hand (Vorarbeiter)
- Practical experience in civil engineering, road construction, or cable installation
- Experience in managing projects independently, specifically in cable trenching and assembly
- Proven track record in coordinating teams and managing construction schedules
