Job Summary
As an IT Systems Specialist for HIL, you will play a vital role in supporting the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by ensuring the continuous availability of IT infrastructure across the Southwest branch. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st level support, coordinating with external IT service providers like BWI for 2nd level tickets, and installing hardware, network components, and software applications. You will also assist in managing IT projects and departmental reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical hands-on work and coordination. Required Skills
Education

Experience
