Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer at MIND Business and Technology GmbH, you will play a vital role in establishing a new production site for automotive HVAC systems in Kirchroth, Germany. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the planning, programming, and commissioning of automation systems using industry-standard platforms like Siemens S7 and Allen-Bradley. You will be responsible for developing control software, creating circuit diagrams, and performing advanced troubleshooting to optimize production machinery. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with mechanical engineering and production teams to integrate automation solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a strategic European expansion of a major Chinese automotive supplier from the ground up, with series production starting in 2026. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in programming PLC systems such as Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, or Beckhoff
- Experience in troubleshooting and error correction on complex automation systems
- Experience in creating visualizations and working with control and regulation software
- Professional experience in automation and electrical engineering within a production environment
