Job Summary

In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between complex business processes and modern IT solutions within the Global Supply Chain department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing existing processes, evaluating new IT platforms, and ensuring system availability for critical logistics operations. You will take full ownership of Sales and Distribution (SD) core processes, managing everything from order creation and pricing to delivery and invoicing. A significant portion of the role involves leading international project teams and ensuring that time, quality, and budget goals are met within validated environments. You will also be responsible for change management and training key users through a 'train-the-trainer' approach.
