Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, managing 1st-level incidents and service requests while ensuring smooth escalations to 2nd-level support teams. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring ticket lifecycles across all support units to ensure quality and timely resolution, maintaining the IT Knowledge Base, and managing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries. You will also handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) tasks. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently within a structured incident management framework. Required Skills

Education
