Job Summary
As a Data and AI/ML Engineer, you will join the 'Data and AI' team to develop and operate diverse data and artificial intelligence solutions for clients in both cloud and private data center environments. Your daily responsibilities involve the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation and production operations. You will build scalable Data Lakehouse solutions, develop batch and streaming pipelines, and integrate custom AI applications including LLMs and RAG systems. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with business stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams to create sustainable, high-quality data models. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification through professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in practical project work involving Data Lakehouse architectures and data modeling
- Proven experience with Databricks and Apache Spark for managing complex data structures
- Practical knowledge in the development and integration of AI models into production systems
- Experience in software engineering best practices including versioning, testing, and monitoring for data workloads
- Professional experience navigating complex technological environments using agile methods
