As a Senior Expert at Eurowings, you will bridge the gap between aircraft manufacturers, Crew Management Systems (CMS), and crew portals to ensure operational excellence. Your day-to-day involves transforming complex manufacturer documentation into audit-proof flight manuals and managing the Library Browser across Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) and crew portals to keep flight crews informed. You will take ownership of the CMS, optimizing its performance and ensuring data integrity. Beyond technical management, you will represent the airline in committees and before aviation authorities, ensuring compliance through rigorous audits and risk analyses. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys developing digital tools and optimizing processes within a high-stakes aviation environment. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aviation Management, Engineering) or a completed relevant vocational training with several years of experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the aviation industry is required
- Several years of professional experience if applying with a vocational background
- Experience in project and requirements management is preferred
- Experience in handling manufacturer documentation and flight manuals
- Experience in representing company interests to authorities and committees
