Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists in Lower Saxony (KZVN), you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal users within a professional Windows environment. Your daily responsibilities include managing 1st-level support requests across hardware, software, and network domains, while overseeing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will be responsible for software installations on various mobile and desktop devices, maintaining the IT knowledge base (CMDB), and managing user accounts within Active Directory.
