As the Commercial Manager and Financial Accountant for an established construction company, you will oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and asset accounting. You will be responsible for project billing, cost center accounting, and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Beyond daily bookkeeping, you will lead a small team of two and play a pivotal role in the company's digital transformation by assisting in the implementation of new accounting software. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Tax Assistant, Industrial Clerk) with further qualification as a Certified Accountant/Balance Sheet Accountant, or a comparable degree in Business Administration.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or financial management
- Professional experience in the construction industry or a similar technical/service-oriented sector is highly preferred
- Experience in team leadership, managing up to two employees
- Proven experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Experience with ERP implementation or software migration is an advantage
